Welcome to your Studio OS 👋
Three steps and this OS starts working like it already knows your business.
1
Feed it your documents
Rate cards, past bids, crew lists, location packs — drop them in Settings → Feed the OS with ✨ Auto-detect and they become real cards in your tabs + fuel for the AI bid-drafter. Private to your studio, never shared. Tap to open.
2
Meet your data home
Roster (your crew) · Partners (your vendors) · Contacts (your people) · Clients (connect + confirm what's real). Everything you feed lands here, editable. Tap to open.
3
Generate your first bid
Paste a client brief → a full branded proposal in ~2 minutes, with a passcode-gated budget, PowerPoint round-trip, and a shareable link. Tap to open.
Quick questions? Ask the Studio Core.
The command bar at the bottom is your studio's brain — it answers from your data and can drive the OS for you. Try one:
You can always re-ask anything in the command bar.
The Database
The producers, partners, and 1,746 MENA outreach contacts behind the bridge.
One signed partner. 18 curated. 1,746 in CRM.
The Blueprint's "35 production houses across 7 countries" is aspirational. What this database actually shows: Space Media Budapest is the anchor, ~18 named crew/assets sit on both sides of the bridge, and Marton's MENA contacts list (1,746 across 9 countries) is the outreach engine.
"Hungary can be New York / Paris / London / Moscow in almost any age."Márton J. Répássy · Space Media Budapest
Your production network, in one place.
This is your studio's database — the crew, partners, clients and contacts you work with. Everything here is private to your studio. Add people and companies as you go, or feed a document to import a batch, and they'll show up across the Roster, Partners and Bid Generator.

Reading the matrix
Rows are markets from the @awesomelinkfilms bio + home. Columns are Blueprint target roles (6–7 directors + 6–7 DOPs + 2 ADs + stylists per market). Green cells = at or above target. Brass = partial. Grey = empty — next conversations with Marton or new partner outreach.
Everything from one client in one place — and confirm what's real. The AI suggests connections; only you confirm.

Markets
The markets your studio works in or wants to win — map them here so your bids and outreach stay focused.
Your target markets, plus the wedge categories, tax-rebate map, and pricing analysis.
Your markets
The wedge — where Europe beats Egypt (and where Egypt stays)
Pricing parity · Hungary vs Egypt day rates
Anchored in real numbers: the BONO production budget (Marton, Feb 2026) for Hungary, your day-rate intel for Egypt. Negative = Hungary cheaper. EU only = no Egyptian equivalent.
Rebate calculator — budget in, net cost out
The wedge, live: type the production budget, pick the shoot country, and see the estimated cash-back and the true net cost — then draft the bid with one tap. Headline rates; every scheme caps and qualifies spend differently, so treat it as the opening frame, not the final grade.

Growth thesis
Cost arbitrage, not service. Hungarian crews cost LESS than Egyptian crews in the tech/lifestyle/food categories. Hungarian DOP ~€2,000/day vs comparable Egyptian DOP ~€2,200/day. Plus 30% rebate. That is the wedge.
Egypt keeps comedy and cultural narrative. Mostafa to Marton (Jan 3 2026): "I don't think the best bet is to get someone from a different nationality to direct a humor or a comic style." Don't bridge what doesn't need bridging.
The next two moves. 1) Ask Marton for Greek + Portuguese partner intros — that fills 70% of the rebate map. 2) Source 2 Egyptian art directors and 2 Egyptian food stylists. Both gaps are flagged in the To-Do tab.
Locations · Network-grown database
Foundational archive from Marton (Space Media). As new partner houses join the network, they contribute locations here. Every partner = a new column of unique scouts.
Your studio's location library. Scout photos and venue notes live here — add them by hand or feed a location pack, and every venue becomes searchable and ready to drop straight into a bid.

Bid Generator
Brief → Carrefour-style proposal scaffold. Fill the form, hit generate, share or open in a new tab.
Brief input
Drop a document or click to browsePDF · image · text · HTML — a past Carrefour-style bid, an agency brief, a deck. We read it and curate the details.
optional
PowerPoint round-trip · text edits come back, layout edits don't
Export template
Using the built-in template.
Design your own .pptx in PowerPoint/Keynote, type a placeholder wherever a bid value belongs — {{client}}, {{agency}}, {{title}}, {{brief}}, {{en}}, {{ar}}, {{worlds}}, {{deliv}}, {{days}}, {{budget}}, {{markup}}, {{valid}} — then upload it here. Every future "Export .pptx" fills those tokens in with the real bid values, keeping your own design. (Type each token in one go — an autocorrect interruption mid-word can split it and stop it from matching.)
Preview
Fill in the brief on the left, then hit Generate proposal to preview the Carrefour-style scaffold here — all 8 sections (Direction · Casting · Brief · Approach · Deliverables · Plan · Investment · Terms) with a passcode-gated budget. Then ⬇ Download the HTML, or 🚀 Go live to publish it to a new Netlify site and get a shareable link.

The operating system for The Awesome Link Films
Films, linked.
One brain, one workspace — your whole production company captured, organized, and turned into action. On your desk and in your pocket.
What it is
Your production company, as software.
Not an app you visit — a JARVIS for the studio. It holds your roster, leads, locations, pricing and projects, and an AI (DINA, on Claude) that actually uses them: drafts bids, matches crew, reads your scraps, designs assets — laptop or phone.
The logic
One compounding system.
1 · CaptureEvery brief, scrap, lead, idea — in one place, instantly.
2 · OrganizeFiled, transcribed, matched — no manual sorting.
3 · ActThe AI drafts, matches, designs, and builds on it.
4 · CompoundEvery use teaches it. Dogfood first, then sell it.
How it thinks
Messy reality → ranked structure.
① CaptureScraps read by several AI passes, reconciled — rotation from the photo, never a guess.
② UnderstandA brief forced into a clean shape, answered in your rates & names.
③ DecideA transparent weighted matcher ranks crew — with the reasons shown.
④ Stay accurateYou confirm what's real; it prefers truth over scaffolding.
⑤ ActChat, Operator & Studio turn the decision into finished work.
What it can do
The powers, in one place.
Bid ShortcutPaste a brief → a full proposal in ~2 min.
OperatorFull-power Claude on your phone — give it a job, watch it work.
StudioMake brand assets + edit the OS itself; approve on your phone.
ThoughtsSnap a scrap → auto-read & straightened; voice → text.
MatcherBrief → ranked crew, locations & the € cost wedge.
Data & CRMRoster, 1,746 MENA leads, locations, pricing.
AmbientVoice ("Hey Dina"), hand gestures, room camera.
Feed-the-OSUpload your real docs → it answers like it knows your business.
The unfair advantage
The € wedge — written into the math.
The matcher doesn't just rank crew — it scores when Europe beats Egypt on cost for that job. Your whole MENA↔Europe thesis becomes a number on every bid: real European costs the Arab market can't otherwise see. That's a moat nobody copies by buying software.
Why it's accurate
Connect + Confirm.
Every record links to its client — split the right way: brand (who it's for), agency (who briefs & pays), job (the campaign). And it's marked Foundation (harvested) vs confirmed by you. The AI only suggests — only you confirm. That's what turns guesses into trusted truth.
What it learns from
The model is the lens. Your data is the light.
FoundationThe harvested seed that bootstrapped it — trusted until you confirm it.
Feed the OSYour real rate cards & past bids → it answers in your own truth.
Confirmed coreWhat you've verified — the part it trusts, and your real moat.
How it grows the business
Three horizons, one weapon.
🟢 Now · CashBids in 2 min, not 20.Ship 5× the proposals. The OS already serves this.

Hey Dina — hands-free wake word
Say "Hey Dina", speak your command — it sends the moment you pause, reads the reply, then listens again. Works while the OS is open & in front. It uses the browser's speech service while listening, so only switch it on when you want it. (On iPhone it listens while the app is foreground; tap the dot to re-arm if it stops.)

DINA checking…
In-house AI OS · port 3737. When live, DINA can query this OS's roster, locations, inventory & 1,746 leads via tool-use.
Upload PDF · image · Excel · PowerPoint · Word · Pages/Numbers/Keynote · text. ✨ Auto-detect reads the document and feeds every tab it genuinely matches in one go — a call sheet can add crew AND a venue at once. Roster · Locations · Partners · Inventory · Contacts get read & added straight into that tab + the Bid Generator. Rate cards, past bids, brand & glossary sharpen the AI bid-drafter. Private to your OS, never published. See the Feed the OS guide in Library.
✨ AI style research. For fed directors & DOPs, the OS researches their visual style & aesthetic from the web and attaches a signature — so the Bid Generator pitches how they shoot, and the matcher ranks on taste, not just niche. Runs automatically after upload; drain the rest here.
